Privacy Policy
This policy applies to Quick Links, a Zendesk app developed by ASA Labs and available on the Zendesk Marketplace.
What Quick Links does
Quick Links enables Zendesk agents to quickly access pre-configured links from within Zendesk. When a link is clicked, the app applies a configurable tag to the ticket so admins can track link usage via Zendesk Explore or external data pipelines such as a data warehouse.
Data access
The app may access ticket data such as ticket ID, fields, and metadata in order to populate dynamic placeholders within links.
Data ownership & storage
All data remains entirely within your Zendesk instance. No customer or ticket data is stored outside of Zendesk, and all app configuration is stored within Zendesk. You own everything — nothing leaves your instance.
Data sharing
This app does not transmit data to external systems or third-party services. Any link usage data surfaces within your own Zendesk instance and is accessible only to you and your team.
Link click tracking
When a link is clicked, the app applies an admin-defined tag to the ticket. This tag is stored within your Zendesk instance and can be used to track link usage in Zendesk Explore or exported to an external data warehouse. No behavioral analytics or tracking is performed by ASA Labs.
Security
The app runs within Zendesk's secure app framework and does not expose customer data externally.
