This policy applies to ResolveReady, a Zendesk app developed by ASA Labs and available through the Zendesk Marketplace.
What ResolveReady does
ResolveReady helps Zendesk teams enforce operational workflows before tickets are resolved. Workflows can guide agents through required steps, approvals, confirmations, escalations, and process checks based on ticket conditions.
Data access
ResolveReady may access ticket information, ticket fields, requester information, organization information, forms, groups, tags, and workflow configuration data required to determine when workflows should be displayed and how workflow requirements should be evaluated.
Data ownership & storage
Customer and ticket data remain within your Zendesk instance. ResolveReady is designed to operate within Zendesk and does not store customer or ticket data outside of Zendesk.
Data sharing
ResolveReady does not sell customer data, use customer data for advertising, or share customer data with unauthorized third parties.
Workflow activity
ResolveReady may evaluate workflow completion requirements, workflow responses, ticket fields, tags, and configured conditions to determine whether ticket resolution requirements have been satisfied.
Security
ResolveReady operates within Zendesk's app framework and is designed to help teams manage operational workflows without exposing customer information externally.
