Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Rollout Control, a Zendesk app developed by ASA Labs and available through the Zendesk Marketplace.
Use of the app
By installing or using Rollout Control, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Rollout Control is intended for use within Zendesk to help admins manage controlled workflow rollouts across eligible tickets.
Admin responsibility
You are responsible for the rollout settings, eligibility rules, workflow labels, tags, fields, triggers, automations, and reporting configured in your Zendesk account.
Rollout Control helps mark and organize tickets for review. It does not make business decisions, approve workflow changes, or determine whether a rollout should be expanded, paused, or stopped.
Subscriptions & billing
Certain features or usage tiers of Rollout Control may require a paid subscription through the Zendesk Marketplace. Billing and subscription management are handled through Zendesk and are subject to Zendesk Marketplace policies and terms.
Customer data
Customer and ticket data remain within your Zendesk instance. Rollout Control is designed to use Zendesk data only as needed to evaluate rollout eligibility, assign eligible tickets to a workflow path, and write rollout fields or tags back to Zendesk.
API token use
Rollout Control may request a Zendesk admin email and API token when the app needs to create, update, or repair rollout setup inside your Zendesk account.
You are responsible for managing API token access, Zendesk permissions, and internal approval for any admin credentials used with the app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Rollout Control in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, Zendesk policies, or the rights of others. You are responsible for how rollouts are configured and used within your Zendesk instance.
Reporting & rollout decisions
Rollout Control may help label and track tickets included in a rollout, but your team is responsible for reviewing results, interpreting reports, and deciding whether to keep, pause, change, or expand a workflow.
Availability & updates
ASA Labs may update, improve, modify, or discontinue portions of the app at any time. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliability and availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Third-party services
Rollout Control is built for use with Zendesk. Your use of Zendesk, the Zendesk Marketplace, and any connected tools remains subject to those services’ own terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
Rollout Control is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ASA Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
Changes to these terms
ASA Labs may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
